How this promo reached collectors
Mudkip #018 is a Nintendo Black Star Promo distributed through a Target snack bar promotion and EX Deck Tins. This page is the Non Holofoil print. Separate Cosmos Holo print is documented and has their own page.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Match the print, not just the number
Check the English name, Nintendo Black Star promo symbol, card number, finish and any stamp named on this page. A shared card number does not mean two prints are identical.
SEALED VS RAW VS GRADED
The packaging matters
A loose card, a PSA or CGC slab and a sealed promotional package are different things. Search results can mix prints, tins and value packs. Check the actual print, finish and package contents before buying.
