How this promo reached collectors
Tornadus-EX (BW96) is listed for Legendary Treasures prerelease events. The collector STAFF checklist independently lists the STAFF counterpart. The owner-supplied PSA cert 83257207 placeholder visibly shows the Legendary Treasures logo and STAFF stamp. It is not independent physical authentication. No expansion release date is substituted for a handout date.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Check the stamp, not just the name
Match the card number and the prerelease stamp or expansion logo with the seller's photos. A STAFF listing must also show the STAFF stamp. The displayed placeholder shows the STAFF version; compare the actual item being sold.
SEALED VS RAW VS GRADED
The packaging matters
No card-specific sealed-wrapper evidence has been verified here. Check the actual contents and wrapper in the listing. A raw card, slab and sealed promo are different buying choices.
