How this promo reached collectors
Arcanine (12/99) is listed for Next Destinies prerelease events. The collector STAFF checklist independently lists the STAFF counterpart. The supplied PSA cert scan shows the Next Destinies expansion stamp without a STAFF stamp. It is a third-party regular prerelease placeholder, not a TCG Promos original scan. No expansion release date is substituted for a handout date.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Check the stamp, not just the name
Match the card number and the prerelease stamp or expansion logo with the seller's photos. A STAFF listing must also show the STAFF stamp. This supplied placeholder shows the regular prerelease stamp only. It does not show or verify a STAFF version.
SEALED VS RAW VS GRADED
The packaging matters
No card-specific sealed-wrapper evidence has been verified here. Check the actual contents and wrapper in the listing. A raw card, slab and sealed promo are different buying choices.
