How this promo reached collectors
Dark Venusaur #7 is part of Wizards of the Coast's nine-card Best of Game collection. This page is the standard-size gold-foil Winner-stamped print. Winner cards were used in the BattleZone prize program. A separate non-Winner standard-size print is documented and has its own page. An oversized Jumbo Winner is a different format and is not represented by this image. The series is documented across 2002-2003. A series or season date is not used here as an exact handout date for this individual print.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Match the stamp and the size
Check the English name, Best of Game symbol, card number and gold foil Winner stamp. This page is for a standard-size card, not the larger Jumbo format. A photo cannot establish the physical dimensions of a listing.
SEALED VS RAW VS GRADED
The packaging matters
A loose card, a graded card, a sealed promo pack and a complete BattleZone kit are different things. Search results can mix Winner, non-Winner and Jumbo versions. Check the actual stamp, dimensions and package contents before buying.
